Britley is a passionate advocate for helping high-level leaders achieve radical self-awareness and optimized performance through somatic healing and internal transformation. As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach, she combines deep emotional work with practical systems to help individuals and teams break through mental and emotional barriers. Britley has years of experience working with heart-centered leaders to realign with their God-given purpose, quiet their minds, and step into their full potential. Her unique approach combines breathwork, nervous system regulation, and inner child healing to create profound shifts from within.

With a background in process optimization and operational management, Ellie is the go-to expert for helping leaders streamline their workflows and create sustainable systems for peak performance. As a Certified ClickUp Consultant and coach, Ellie partners with businesses and individuals to establish structure and organization in a way that reduces overwhelm and enhances focus. Her process-driven strategies, coupled with her deep understanding of human development, enable teams and individuals to optimize not only their work but also their lives. Ellie believes that true success comes from the balance of clear vision, stable systems, and aligned execution, and she helps leaders find that sweet spot.

Together, Britley and Ellie have created a dynamic partnership that combines internal and external development for individuals and teams seeking growth, clarity, and streamlined success.
